Formalities and luggage
For each flight, all passengers must bring along their travel documents, namely :
- Their boarding pass previously obtained from KLM (or the travel agency).
- Valid proof of identity : identity card or passport or visa depending on the destination.
- Adequate health documents : vaccines, prescriptions and authorisations in the case of ongoing treatments or special equipment.

Economy Class :
- 1 item of hand luggage with max. dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm (21.5 x 13.5 x 10 in)
- 1 accessory, e.g. a handbag, briefcase or laptop, with max. dimensions of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (16 x 12 x 6 in)
- Maximum total weight 12 kg (26 lbs)
Business Class :
- 2 items of hand luggage, each with max. dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm (21.5 x 13.5 x 10 in)
- 1 accessory, e.g. a handbag, briefcase or laptop, with max. dimensions of 40 x 30 x 15 cm (16 x 12 x 6 in)
- Max. total weight 18 kg (40 lbs)
If your luggage is lost or damaged during your flight with KLM, you will need to contact your airline directly. As the last carrier, the airline will undertake the procedures required to locate the missing items.

Are you a Senior or PRM, and do you require special assistance during your flight and in the terminal ?
Explain your needs to KLM or your travel agent when you make your booking and at least 48 hours before the day of your departure. You should arrive at least 2 hours before your flight takes off. Pick-up will be at your check-in desk, or directly at the counter for People with Reduced Mobility (Hall C, 1st floor).
Note: Self-service wheelchairs are available in the terminal, at the counter for People with Reduced Mobility, along with phone terminals.
Unaccompanied Minors
KLM offers its Unaccompanied Minor service: it is mandatory to book the service for children aged 5 to 14 inclusive who are travelling alone or in a different class of travel from their accompanying adult. The service is optional for children aged 15 to 17.
