For each flight, all passengers must bring along their travel documents, namely :

• Their boarding pass previously obtained from Lufthansa (or the travel agency).
• Valid proof of identity: identity card or passport or visa depending on the destination.
• Adequate health documents: vaccines, prescriptions and authorisations in the case of ongoing treatments or special equipment.

When you travel with Lufthansa in Eco or Premium Eco Class, you are entitled to an item of hand luggage weighing up to 8kg, for example, a suitcase with wheels, a folding pushchair or a folding garment bag.

In Business Class or First Class, you are entitled to two items of hand luggage weighing 8kg each.

Maximum dimensions of hand luggage items: 55 x 40 x 23 cm Maximum dimensions of folding garment bags: 57 x 54 x 15 cm

If your luggage is lost or damaged on your flight with Lufthansa, you will need to contact your airline directly : as the last carrier, your airline will undertake the procedures required to locate the missing items.

If you are travelling with Lufthansa under the following conditions, you can benefit from Premium access to fast-track security clearance and the Croix du Sud lounge at Toulouse airport :

• Holder of a Star Alliance Gold loyalty card
• Business Class passengers

Special Assistance - Seniors/PRM

Are you a Senior or PRM, and do you require special assistance during your flight and in the terminal ?

Explain your needs to Lufthansa or your travel agent as soon as you book your flight and at least 48 hours before the day of your departure. You should arrive at least 2 hours before your flight takes off. Pick-up will be at your check-in desk, or directly at the counter for People with Reduced Mobility (Hall C, 1st floor). Note : Self-service wheelchairs are available in the terminal, at the counter for People with Reduced Mobility, along with phone terminals.

Unaccompanied Minors

Children aged 5 to 11 may travel alone, provided they are taken care of by the airline's UM service, or if they are travelling with a person aged 12 or over.

At the request of parents, children aged 12 to 17 (maximum) can also benefit from this service.
