Formalities and luggage
For each flight, all passengers must bring along their travel documents, namely :
- Their boarding pass previously obtained from Nouvelair (or the travel agency).
- Valid proof of identity : identity card or passport or visa depending on the destination.
- Adequate health documents : vaccines, prescriptions and authorisations in the case of ongoing treatments or special equipment.

In addition to your checked-in baggage allowance, you are allowed to have a hand luggage item. You can take items of hand luggage with you in the cabin, as long as they do not compromise safety and they meet the following criteria :
- 1 item of hand luggage measuring up to 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
If your luggage is lost or damaged during your flight with Nouvelair, you will need to contact your airline directly. As the last carrier, the airline will undertake the procedures required to locate the missing items.

Nouvelair does not offer a loyalty programme or free Premium access to fast-track security clearance or the Croix du Sud lounge at Toulouse airport.
You can still have access to the Croix du Sud lounge located in the boarding area, for a fee.

Unaccompanied Minors
The Unaccompanied Minor service is available with Nouvelair for children aged 5 and over, up to their 12th birthday. With this personalised service, a trained staff member will accompany the child from the departure airport through to arrival at the destination.
