Eiffage, new shareholder of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport

On Monday 30 December 2019, CASIL Europe and the Eiffage group concluded the transfer process under way since the previous spring. Eiffage is now the new main shareholder of ATB, with 49.99% of shares of the airport’s capital.

Long established in the Occitanie region, the Eiffage group knows Toulouse Airport well, having contributed to the success of several key projects over the past few years.

According to Philippe Crébassa, Chairman of the Executive Board of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, “Eiffage’s acquisition of shares in ATB opens a new chapter in our history, with a French group becoming a long-term partner, promoting harmonious development to benefit the region. All our teams will continue to work towards carrying out the projects undertaken by the new governance. ”
